OP was arguing it would LAUNCH exclusively, not that it'd BE exclusive. To some people that may be inconsequential but since the NX (console) won't be out until 2017 I figured I'd point that out to either save you a loss or acknowledge how insanely stupid Nintendo would have to be to make you correct.

There is no reason that 4-5 years of development on a title as big as Zelda would just be for a user base of less than 15 million. Although I do think that they should pull a The Last of Us and release it on the Wii U and a while after the NX releases release it on it. That way Wii U owners won't feel like the game was delayed just so they can launch it on the NX at around the same time.

Nintendo is delaying Zelda U so it will be able to launch on the NX- It will be on the Wii U as well- it will either launch at the same time (within a few weeks) or the NX will Launch 1st

I bet Nintendo would have to be pretty silly to not release two versions in order to maximize profits, make Wii u owners feel respected, and push nx hardware.

Zelda sells about 3M on consoles anyway would still do it on Wii U

Fair counter. I'd agree with you there. The bet would have to be worded so that it's clear one way or another.

i dont know what sig control is, but i think that Zelda U will be only on the wii u and then there might be another zelda hd remake for NX, perhaps Twilight Princess
