Forums - Nintendo - What happened to Devil's Third? Project Guard? Project Giant Robot???

Seriously though? What happened? This game were shown last year and now are nowhere to be found?  has anyone asked Reggie or Iwata in an interview?  Is this Nintendo and the case of the dissapearing games?

Was anyone hyped for these games?  They looked interesting to me, but I'm more dissapointed by Nintendo's inconsistency on maintainign a release schedule than the inability to play these games...

Let's be real now. No one was hyped for Project Guard and Project Giant Robo. Devil's Third on the other hand looked decent but i'm not going to die if I don't get it.

did we knew what project giant robot would look like? maybe that is the federation force game?

I agree that they didn't look that exciting....  but they are new IPs from Miyamoto.  I was looking forward to see how they developed.

I understand but honestly most indie games i've seen look better than what we saw from those 2 games. Project Guard looked like a new take on the tower defence genre while Project Robo looked like straight up trash.

I think there's a rift between Valhala and Nintendo. They've been treating devil's third like shit

Devil's Third is releasing in Europe and Japan in August, so there's that. Not sure why they didn't show anything during E3.
Project Guard is normally going to be part of Star Fox and I've read that Project Robo has been put on hold.

Platinum is further developing Project Guard! It may be included in Star Fox

Devls Third absence is weird but it releases August 28 in Europe, don't see why it wouldn't come to the NA

New gameplay trailer and release date for Devils Third. The e3 absence was weird but lets ne honest, Nintendo's e3 itself was weird this year
