I think this game looks very interesting.

Ok just some more info for those who haven't heard about this yet.

Basically this is an adventure game where you play as a mushroom. The explaination for why a mushroom is now an animal is that a strange meteor crashed into the earth and released a "mutagen" that has transformed the world significantly. Bunnies are now agressive, spiders have psi abilities, etc...etc...

From what I have seen of the game you pick up Psionic like abilities and gadgets as you progress and the game also features an interesting weapon building system where you can gather random parts and bits as you travel and build them into a wide variety of weapons which supposedly will each have some unique aspects to its abilities based on the type of weapon and even the materials used.

The story from what I can tell is that you are trying to warn the other Mushroom tribes of some impending danger (I believe a war threat) and presumably the story will also deal with the war itself and potentially the origins and forces behind the meteor (that last bit is my speculation).

Looks quite nice... the dissapearring enemies sucked, but this is no near finished yet i guess (in part one he killed a spider and then it was just gone, a melting or exploding animation would have been nice)

look's cool might give it a rent

When I said version I meant the video. How could the video be in hd if the wii doesn't support it.

The same way I can hold up a grainy photo and take a picture of it with an HD camera.  The result is a very sharp picture of a grainy picture...the original picture retains most or all of its quality in the new photo.

The HD videos are done in "HD resolutions" (term used loosely) because they want to keep any degradation in quality from one medium to the next to a minimum.
