Dont loose hope people,if you look at this infograph it says more unannouced Wii U and 3DS games are coming in 2016, so maybe in the January direct you will see what you want.

I'm willing to bet it's nothing that big. Zelda is the Wii U's swan song.

So don't expect main Mario games, F Zero, or a new Metroid.

3DS I feel has life left in it. I can easily see gen 7 being released on it, however, I'd prefer it they released it on the next handheld/console hybrid.

You need a Nintendo Direct to cheer you up :P they all were better than this presentation when is the next one September?

You are talking about Pokémon here, correct? If so, I don't think they'll pull a B/W again. The 3DS doesn't have an ocean of a userbase like the DS had in order to support the new games and their remakes. I have a feeling we'll see a Pokémon X/Y successor announcement soon and that's it for the 3DS Pokémon-wise.

Quit that Metroid game, seriously, remove it.

Only SMT x FE and Zelda U for Wii U in 2016... that's worrying, you know.

we may get smaller releases,but i feel if they're gearing for NX then the bigger titles are going to be saved a year or so until NX releases

Entirely possible. But I will wait and see what they have to say. I actually am expecting another direct not long after E3 for damage control :P

I mean, there's Zelda. But other than that, no idea. We'll probably hear about them sooner than most expect, like holidays.
