I liked the chainsaw and the overall brutality of the game. But I wasn't impressed with what was shown. It seems to me to be another run-of-the-mill shooter.

Hopefully, I am wrong. I'll buy it day one regardless.

The gameplay looked fairly generic to me. Which is a shame as this was the franchise that invented the genre.

What's with all these not-Rols running around lately?

The "gameplay" looked weird. Maybe it was tool-assisted or something, because it didn't look like someone was actually "playing" it.

Well that would kind of make sense, right? If every other shooter evolved from Doom, then it would look "generic."
