Totally with you, we already have MK8, and we don't need this

A new Diddy Kong Racing would certainly catch my attention - especially if it's for the 3DS. It would make sense, too, since Mario Kart 7's release is quite distant at this point.

IIRC one rumour said that it was cross platform for 3DS WiiU which would certainly be interesting.

I certainly don't want it, at least not from Retro Studios

Interesting, though I do hope for something else than Diddy kong racing 2.

Wouldn't the trademark be "Diddy Kong Racing" if it was a kart game?

My guess is that it's one of those spin off games that Nintendo said was developing, like Captain Toad.

Please excuse my bad English.

Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

I'm just going to prepare for Retro announcing this at E3 so I won't be massively disappointed.

I mean, Retro's tweet did ask "Can you dig it?" while referring to the Nintendo's E3 webpage. So maybe they're doing a mine cart track for Diddy Kong Racing 2.
