Similar Numbers to famitsu, the only one far off is the Gundam game for PS2

Updated with more software and hardware numbers.

I thought Yakuza 3 would push more PS3s.

Japan is topsy turvy. I'm not pleased with their tastes this gen.

Yakuza sells well, but it's not a killer app. It's the type of game that sells well to an already established user base.

The next big PS3 game in Japan is MGS4 in July of 2008 or FFXIII in 2009.
