Naked Snake > Solid Snake > Sam Fisher

Solid snake. 

I think people have forgotten that Snake was an engineered super soldier and have been training since he was a kid. 
Also Snake has a stronger track-record of defeating far stealthier and stronger enemies then what Sam fisher have. 
There is people here who are biased towards both and they will surely agree with who they are biased towards but it's two different characters in two different worlds.  Try completing MGS at the hardest vs Splinter cell at it's hardest and see which one you will struggle with the most. 
I thought who would win was quite obviously on a none-subjective stand-point. 
The game that you personally like the most still makes you the winner

Poor Sam. He got killed so brutally. It could have ended better if they just talked to each other.

To be fair, Batman would kick Snakes ass, Batman deals with Superman and if any character can work Superman out then there is no chance Snake would even get the chance to head shot Batman. Think about it. Batman will not only dominate Snake in Melee combat , he fights guys with guns ALL THE TIME. Snake really has nothing on Batman. If having a gun is having an advantage, Batman can disable guns from a-far and also use electircal equipment against you. He can even adjust a mans pace maker... imagain what he could do with Snakes tech.

Either way Snake was a clear winner for me agasint Sam but to beat Batman lol sorry. I am interested to know why you think Snake would win :)

Ok.

Superman always holds back against Batman. If he wanted to be serious, he would obliterate Batman before Batman could even think to blink. Snake would win against Batman because: he has hypersonic reactions, so he can think faster than Batman can, and plan all his moves before Batman can. Snake also has an IQ of 180, while it isn't as high as Batman's, is still high. All of Baman's sneaking is useless because of the Solid Eye, and Snake's equipment is powered by nanomachines, which Batman hasn't actually hacked before. Also, the oppenents of Batman who use guns either ordinary criminals, or people similar to him, like Deadshot or Deathstroke. Neither of them have any gadgets like Snake.

It was a great battle, more so for the animation (but it was a really good animation). I gave up on their credibility after the toph vs. gaara one.

I think you have totally underesitmated Batman. What will Snake do to kill Batman? Shoot him? Batmans Armour is pratcialy buttet proof, In a 1v1 melee Batman hands down would destroy Snake beause not only is Batman a master of over 100 martial arts he has more melee experince and gadgets. Batman deals with far greater foes then Snake everyday, he practicly fights superhumans and gods for a living. Snake is a super solder but his still a man. I agree Superman would crush Batman but what Batman can do to Superman, Snake has no chance.

Batman will find Snakes weakness and expose it like he does with everyone else.
