What takes so long for these localisations... seriously. I have seen all the excuses, but they never justify such lengthy localisation processes. Its like they are translating at the pace of a paragraph a day.

Localization is more than just translation.

I think after the success of the first game in the West, it would've been prudent or ideal to localize and translate the game as it was being developed for Japan. They did this with a number of titles, but it's a shame they did not do it for this one.

I still dont see justification for a 1 year cycle. Only explanation is a late start.
