How's the story? Do I need to play the first 3? I bought the trilogy for like 5 bucks, but don't have the HDD space to download the games right now. News about the AI does have me slightly interested. That, and there isn't a lot of games I'm looking forward to at the moment.

More difficult than in the first three? I sure hope so, the combat was less challenging than holding down the directional keys for running through the endless hallways (or suffering through the elevator rides in the first game).

Rumours i that this is a diferent story in the same universe, so you dont need to play the first 3. Its the start of a new triology i think.

Oh, cool...  Well, I'll still be playing the first three when I get space on my PS3 regardless.  Let's just hope I like the games.

Yeah they will probably have the 'story-focus' mode again.

I have never tried it, but in my head it sounds like you walk between trailers

If you've played a first-person shooter from the past six years, you've played story mode.
