Really glad I finished the BF4 campaign. This is the last day of my EA Access subscribtion and I won't extend it or get a new one until year.
Will need to get the rest of the BF4 achievements at a later point then.

So apparently Microsoft's acquisition of Press Play was very similar to their acquisition of Twisted Pixel, which likely means that Press Play could easily leave MS if they choose to, same as Twisted Pixel did. Let's just hope that doesn't happen.

I really don't get MS. Phil claims that the reason for the lack of 3rd party deals is that he prefers to build up Microsoft's 1st party instead, but since Phil became the head of Xbox the only new 1st party studio that isn't HoloLens is Decisive Games, and now MS has lost Twisted Pixel which brings Xbox first party back down to about 8 studios (not including those which are working on HoloLens). Phil needs to either drops his anti-3rd party deal stance, or he needs to actually build up some new AAA 1st party studios. If he doesn't, the competition will leave them in the dust.

They also have Mojang now. Studio has about 50 employees and works on more than just Minecraft.

Also something I noticed is that they've only announced 5 new retail games this year yet last year they announced 7. Usually that number increases from year 1 to year 2, so I think there's a high possibility Microsoft will have new things to announce at The Game Awards this December.

@bundle talk

Isn't there only one bundle remaining?

Forgot to post this in here but I made a thread about MS's first party

I thought so since they announced 2 today, but on their website there are still 2 slots left. They put the Kinect and the Gears bundle in the same slot for today.

I agree especially with the "One Trick Pony" studios, Also relying on 3rd party is bad and MS should know this by now because of what happened with Bioware and Double Helix.

Thanks for the honest opinion. I'm only harsh because I like the Xbox brand and I want to see it do better.
