Black Flag was great. I really enjoyed playing it and it's different to other AC games. I'm not sure about the DLC though.

Black Flag is great, best AC since AC2 imo. Not sure about the season pass though. I think all it includes is the Adawale single player expansion, some outfits, weapons, and ship upgrades for single player, and some multiplayer stuff. I'm not really sure if the Adawale expansion was good or not, so I'm not sure it's worth the $10 or not.

I might pass on it then. I definitely need to get around to playing the base game.

So according to an article on Polygon, Coalition was given a choice of moving to Gears or continuing their new IP and chose Gears. Should put an end to all this BS about MS forcing them to become a Gears factory.

I actually thought MS forced them to make Gears. Can't they give the new IP they created to another MS studio? If they were working on it for a while, it would be a shame to see all that effort wasted.

There hasn't been a mainline Gears since 2011, the fans of the franchise are expectant just like the ones that wait for a new Halo.
There was no 3rd party game that sold and shifted consoles like Gears did. It sold 20.49 million copies.
MS would be a fool to let Epic (bought by Tencent) fool around with Gears in this new gen where they need to sell consoles to keep up.

Just for comparison purpose, Uncharted competition action flagship, sold 19.61 million copies.

I just want both 343i and The Coalition to try to make new IP when they have the chance to, especially if MS truly doesn't force them or order them to make an new installment of Halo or Gears.

Both studios are too talented to work on only one franchise for the rest of their existence.

It was alright, but really short though. Definitely not worth $10.

Actually the latest update for Gears was +22 million units sold (probably more by now) and +21 million for Uncharted (excluding Golden Abyss).

Yesterday, my streak of getting at least one achievement in a day ended. More than 135 days (4.5 months).
All because of The Breaker. I read more than 120 chapters yesterday.

GwG is a bit meh this month.
MGS being really short and the other arcade game not being that good.
Metro has been given out for free on every platform there is. (at least 2033)


Btw. I bought my X1 today with Forza 5 GOTY for 289€
