starcraft said: If anyone hasn't played single player DLC from the Mass Effect Trilogy, its discounted in the latest Deals with Gold sale. It very rarely gets discounted, and a lot of it is well worth playing, especially: ME1: - Bring down the sky
ME2: - Lair of the Shadow Broker - Arrival - Zaeed, the price of revenge - Kasumi Stolen Memory
Optional - Overlord
ME3:
- From Ashes - The Citadel - Leviathan - Omega - Also Extended Cut (which is free)
If you haven't played the bulk of the above, its genuinely worth playing the whole trilogy through again with them, as they substantially contribute to the story and at least two introduce playable squadmates that have dialogue and missions throughout the trilogy. |
ME DLC not getting discounted much was indeed a problem at one point but I've seen it quite a few times within the past 2 years or so. I'd like to own all of them but most are just too expensive IMO, even after the discount. Thus far I only bought Citadel and Lair of the Shadow Broker. A season pass would have been ideal for these games...

You're not wrong, but I have never seen them this discounted and as they cant be resold I doubt you'll ever see them much cheaper in future.
Some of them were insanely good.
I hope you have From Ashes (which you got if you bought ME3 new I believe).
Then Arrival, Leviathan and Omega are actually amazing pieces of DLC (especially Omega, though the other two are actually super critical to the ME storyline). Ironically the weakest of the ones I listed are Zaeed and Kasumi, despite giving you a character playable each (though I'd argue still worth it if you truly want to play the ME trilogy as intended).
