Gears 4 for me, Also that 1TB Madden bundle with the free game is a great incentive since you Americans love your "American Football" :)

So within 7 days of each other there is 500GB + free Gears Ultimate Edition ($349) and 1TB + Free Madden+ 1 Year EA Access ($399) then 3 weeks after the Limited Forza 6 1TB ($399) . Along with the other bundles currently on offer there should be some good sales leading up to Halo 5 before the big bomb drops.
