Played Crackdown 1 yesterday and the open world felt so lively. I hope Crackdown 3s open world is full of people and things to do.

#RoadToCrackdown3 Encounters in CD1+2 were static and monotonous. The “Gangs Bite Back”-system in CD3 ensures a dynamic city playground with random fights in every city district of which there are multiple. Bigger bosses. More enemies on-screen. Revamped AI compared to GC2017.

Kblorille says they open world encounters are way better than 1 so if you liked that then 3 should be pretty amazing to you.
