At this point, Minecraft Xbox One Edition is definitely superior to the new Minecraft.

I don't see a way to start a tutorial world. I imported some of the old tutorial worlds but the new game mechanics aren't explained anymore.
Can't turn off autosave (which saves every 5 seconds or so). Also can't exit without saving. That makes item duplication extremely hard and maybe impossible.
Game is definitely more buggy. In my last session I couldn't open the Xbox Guide anymore. Achievements unlocked 30 seconds to a minute after having met the conditions.
Controls are different, but I guess you can adjust to them. However there's no more button to simply change from 1st person to 3rd person mode. You have to go to the settings menu for that. Very annoying.

That's some early impressions after ~3 hours.

10th Anniversary for Halo 3 Today.

Great game, I bet Microsoft is regretting not doing a remaster now with how empty their line up is, could have had a Halo 3 - Custom Xbox One X and/or if 343 didn't straight up abandon MCC they could have put the remaster as an update on MCC to further increase it's lifespan and rebundle it it with Xbox One (Plus a custom console) sigh...343.

Déjà vu

Halo 3 Anniversary would've been amazing. Certainly my favourite Halo game. Also got an easy way to improve the game even more. Remove the Cortana level and just add a cinematic instead. BOOM 10/10.

Take it with a grain of salt (and honestly almost sounds to be good to be true).

Headlining next month’s selection is Ninja Theory’s DmC: Devil May Cry. This excellent hack ‘n’ slasher received critical acclaim upon its release but didn’t quite gel with hardcore fans.

Next up is Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor. Based on the iconic Lord of the Rings universe, this will be the perfect chance to catch up before Shadow of War drops.

All of these can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store so long as you maintain an active Xbox Live Gold membership. After that, they’ll remain in your digital library.

Xbox 360 owners can download Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and Blood Drive throughout the month of October. As usual, they can all be played through backward compatibility.

You can find the full list of titles and dates below:

  • DmC: Devil May Cry: Oct 1 – 31 (Xbox One)
  • Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor: Oct 16 – Nov 15 (Xbox One)
  • Castlevania: Lords of Shadow: Oct 1 – 15 (Xbox 360)
  • Blood Drive: Oct 16 – Nov 15 (Xbox 360)

Alright pity, the real deals will now only dissapoint imo.

Hey, can anyone who buys Cuphead tell me how it is? I'm really curious Maybe a thread poll for Cuphead ratings out of 5 or something?

Too good to be true and apparently been debunked already due to Castlevania having a PEGI rating while the rest have ESRM ratings, plus the achievements should add up to 4,000 and it looks fake anyway

Edit - Here's the image:

ESRB is probably the word you're looking for. Also DmC is rated by the Australian Classification Board.

Yup Halo Wars 2 always installs the whole game again when there's a patch. And there has been other issues as well. Is Awakening the Nightmare out now? Man, I haven't even finished those previous dlc missions yet. I've only been playing PES..

Since my birthday is in about 3 weeks, I'll probably get Halo Wars 2 then.

Also, I bought Rocket League (finally) and Action Henk.

I'm waiting to play it until the complete edition is out. Maybe by then they'll have fixed that garbage.

What's the difference between that and the Ultimate edition? Is Awakening the Nightmare not part of the season pass DLC?
