Made a small update to Xbox Empire.

Took some inspiration from the other two Nation Threads.

- First off, after seeing VGP's title it got me wondering about our own and I've decided to simply add on "2.0" to "Xbox Empire" to differentiate ourselves from the original Xbox Empire, we aren't the original XBE, we're a 'successor' to that thread and I feel like I'm simply just ripping off Jaywood's name tbh or trying to be a clone. I like the idea that we are the next version and want to show that more and hopefully will become just as good, if not better in future

- Secondly, taking tips from NintenDominion I've decided to create some banners for Xbox Empire, let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.

- Thirdly I've made a small update to "XBE Reviews" with a leaderboard, I'm still debating whether to add a point system or not as more words doesn't necessarily mean a better review but I would like to see it used more.

Also I suck at making banners I'll try to make a better title in the future, some throw-away ones I made

I was going to make the title banners representative of the upcoming exclusives and change them each time the next 'wave' are announced but I can't find any good transparent State of Decay, Crackdown or Forza Images
