We should get that clarified soon, I think it'll be on xbone, but not sure. PC/Steam does make sense though

Sony has exclusive rights to FF7, as well as FF8-10 at least.

They made an agreement with Squaresoft before FF7 to have the next FF games exclusive to PS.
