Forums - Gaming Discussion - Exclusives 2015: Xbox One vs PlayStation 4. The complete list

starcraft said:
Alright guys.

This thread has been a shit fight from the word go. Everyone has accused everyone of trolling and flaming (including me), half a dozen people have been banned and another half a dozen have skirted the line.

The OP has clarified his intentions with the thread - its to catalogue and positively discuss the exclusive titles on each of the two referenced systems.

If you want to debate any of the below, find another thread or create your own if we lack for one in these areas (we dont):
- What constitutes an exclusive
- What constitutes a relevant exclusive
- Which library is better

Cheers.

What else are we supposed to use this thread for if not to compare exclusive lists?

As usual the PS delvers more exclusives and the haters ignore them or make up BS excuses why they don't count lol. Most of them are for the fall anyway, but it makes no difference. This is why the PS4 is beasting the competition kiddies.Pay attention.

Most of these aren't retail games. Lets and wait and see how they do.

Since when does it matter? Minecraft and Killer Instinct was counted for Xbox and so is World of Tanks.Either way PS4 has more retail games already and has tons more this year.Onichibara,Hotshots,PS5,Dagon Quest,Disgaea 5,Until Dawn and many more are more than the 2 exclusive retail games that are not timed or ports that the Xbox has. There is no argument here, just haters who cannot except the truth.

Sorry bud, but I like my AAA exclusives. Sony said it themselves, they have a "sparse" lineup. Meaning E3 may very well be nothing but 3rd parties, while Microsoft will announce more. There's no argument, just hater's cannot accept the truth ;).

Indeed the line-up for the PS4 is sparse. Still its almost 4 times more games than the competition.

So how will you describe the XB1's library?

Total: PS4 91 : X1 - 25

Well crap - I bought the wrong console!

I guess I'm not a true gamer

Most are AAA games you can get at retail. While for the PS4, its mostly downloadable indie's. Most broken, suck, and will probably crash and die. If you think its a cruel opinion, well too bad.

Are you seriously trying to say that more than half of the 25 X1 games listed in the OP are AAA retail games?  Do you honestly believe that?  Have you read the list?  I want you to read the list and pick out exactly what 13 games are AAA retail.

XB1 AAA2015 List:

Halo 5: Guardians
Forza 6
Rise of the Tomb Raider
State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition

XB1 AAA total: 4

That is a 4:1 in favor of the PS4. Feel free to reply with more fanboy comments. You are looking like a fool in front of everyone.

This thread was necessary, never say no to more knowledge. The truth is, the PS4 has more games than the competition, which makes the quote regarding the lack of games by Andrew House even more significant. At this point they are not comparing the PS4 with the other consoles, they are looking beyond the competition.

By the way, somebody should start a thread demonstrating that the PS4 currently has almost 100 more games than the XB1 (without including PS Now games) and that it has better rated exclusives and third party games as well.

You can find all the info you need here

http://www.metacritic.com/browse/games/score/metascore/all/ps4?sort=desc

The PS4 has 9 titles scored above %90, while the XB1 only 3 (none of them exclusives)
