When I did this I didn't know or expecti the outcome to be so one sided. A lot of the drama is from the people that have been sucked into the "PS4 has no games" thing. To be convinced that statement is true and to see these results sent a few over the edge.

But I fully expect MS to expand their list more than Sony at E3. They seem very confident of what they have to show.

It's the same as last gen with the "Xbox 360 doesn't have many exclusives this year" and "Xbox seems to be only getting Gears, Halo, Forza and Fable" crowd that seemed to forget all the indie games.

You could be right. Neither side is innocent and it's usually a small vocal few that tarnishes the rep of their fan bases

Well you have to stop changing the rules to fit your argument, if we are talking big games only then sony will have release 1 good (Bloodbourne) and 1 bad (The Order)* for the entire year. MSFT will have had 3, Halo 5, ROTR, and Forza 6.**

If we are including all games, then how can you say MSFT only focuses on holiday, when, Neverwinter, Ori and the Blind Forest, Screamride, and State of Decay have been releeased.

Guys I seriously wouldn't get too bogged down in list wars pertaining to games no one will play.

Its impossible to hold the 'Sony mass' to hypocritical ransom when X1-W10 integration comes about, just as it was impossible to hold the 'MS mass' to hypocritical ransom when games no one will play shifted from the Xbox 360 (when they apparently mattered) to the PS4 (when they ceased to matter).

The internet has hypocrites, no way.

I will say this - Xbox fans were petty during the last generation, and PS4 fans are petty now. It would be fantastic if when W10 integration comes around, Xbox fans could Rise (see what I did there) above the pettyness, and not shove a list of games they wont play down the throats of PS4 fans that can't play them.

Hynad its the internet. People are victims. They'll always find a way to be 'under siege' wherever they go. And they'll respond to that feeling.

Even on this very site, depending on which silos you frequent, its just as easy to feel there is a horde of gloating Sony fans as it is to feel like Xbox fans are downplaying the just desserts of playstation.

Don't even get me started on how victimised the Nintendo fans of this site feel.

BB was co-developed with Japan Studio, no? The Order was also partly developed in-house, I believe. Until Dawn definitely so. SSM has been helping a lot.

Don't know about Until Dawn but you're correct on the other two. Bloodborne is just as much a SONY Japan game as it is a From Software game. SSM also co-developed The Order.

No I wasn't kidding, it was just as bad during the Xbox 360 years.

And given how homogenous the two leading platforms have become - we end up fighting over a tonne of games that no one will ever play, that will get 60's on metacritic, and will almost all be playable on the opposing console, or a last generation platform. Because ultimately we'd all feel even more petty if we were debating the 3 good exclusives for the year on one system versus the 5 good exclusives for the year on the other.

Thats all the OP is, its all the OP has been for the last 10 of these threads, and its all the OP ever was during the Xbox 360 years.

So hopefully when W10 integration occurs and the pendulum swings again, Xbox fans will be good enough not to focus on the dozens of games that only the ten people in the world who do nothing but play games will ever get around to touching.
