Well installing Steam shouldn't be too hard, just go to the official site.

The only slightly hard part is setting up the controlls.
For galaxy, its best to use a mouse / keyboard I think.
Go to the Wiimote button -> wiimote1 hit config button -> under device pick keyboard+mouse, then hit the Default button.
Now you have to make sure your able to "shake" your wii mote (your mouse atm), so set that to say a side button on your mouse.
Save profile for this (for when you need to play this type of game).
This way your useing your mouse buttons as A & B, and your 1 and 2, you can keep as the standart 1 and 2 on keyboard.
Your mouse cusor is the "IR" of your WiiMote.
