I played Korra, before buying a wii u with bayonetta

I'm so sorry to see such a nice OP get destroyed by the responses and everyone ignoring what you said. Since some people can't be bothered to read the OP, I've bolded a part of your post.

As for the rest of your post, I played Korra and it was a good game, but not great. If Bayo is anything like it, I'm not missing much. Had I not been a big fan of the cartoon and the idea of using fire, water, air, and earth to fight enemies, I wouldn't have enjoyed the game nearly as much.

3 years later and they are still begging

Who exactly is begging here? No, seriously, please answer the question. The OP already has a wiiu and not a single person in this thread is asking, let alone begging for a port.

U SRS?

I can see the similarities between the two, but it is disingenuous to say they are similar in experience. It's like comparing all those shitty Mario Kart clones to the real deal. The difference is quite stark.

You're absolutely right, no begging going on here. But it seems he hit a strange 5th stage of grief. While he does seem to accept the game will never come out, he says it's the same game as Legend Of Korra.

Completely disagree. He should have just stuck with his DMC4 port and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (which for a game he puts so high on his pedastal of hack and slash, he could have gotten the name right) though I still would disagree, I could see where he was coming from a lot more with those titles.

As far as the differences in Legend of Korra and Bayonetta 2, LoK has nothing  that matches witch time (and no, that QTE counter attack does not count), animal transformations (for dodging and positioning your assault on enemies), torture attacks, or wicked weaves.

It does have slower battles, less variety in enemies (and a paper rock scissor method of beating most of the enemies), bad character animations (though I understand these awkward bending animations are the fault of Nickolodeon and not Platinum Games), and ~ 3 hours of campaign mode (1/3 of Bayo 2's campaign mode runtime, don't believe me? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcZAYC77eiQ).

And these aren't even its biggest problem. When it comes down to it, LoK's biggest fault is it lacks style. That's crippling for games in the Hack and Slash genre.

If he enjoyed LoK I'm glad, but let's not get crazy.

Now that's what I call an informative post. Thanks for explaining this so clearly.

Same genre & dev, different budget and scope.

Huge Metal Gear Rising fan and freaking love Raiden, but the first Bayonetta game is still my favorite game Platinun games has ever made.

Now Bayonetta 2 is way,way better than the first game, so did u even play Bayonetta 2 or really even 1?

Bayonetta 2 will never come to PC imo but 1 still might have a chance.

Or at least until a WiiU emu is made for PC xD

Now thats something I can get behind

I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime.

The NX will be a 900p machine
