How many of you remember playing the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee?  (<--- That is how odyssey is spelled in this game.)

It had really good cinematics and graphics for it's time.  I remember being captivated by the backgrounds and the atmosphere, it was very fun to experience. I can't remember but I think it might of freaked me out when I was a little kid, lol.  How many people recall this game, I don't really remember how famous it was at the time of the original.  It seems underrated by alot.  :(  Some videos:

I rember it and always thought it was simular to Flashback but not quite as good, althought it was good in its own way. Wonder if Flashback with come to the playstation store now that would be cool.

I do ... Ive actually found a copy of the PC version some time ago ... I liked it more on the PSone though ;) Man , it was so fun , and the intro cracks me up every time :D

Never played this one but wanted to. Played Oddworld: Munchee's Oddysee on xBox if that is how it is spelled and loved every minute of it. That was one of the best early xBox games hands down.

I remember that game, I hated it.

I loved that game on the PS1. Got it for about $5 not too long after launch. Sometimes, when REALLY good games sell like crap, I'm really dissapointed in my fellow gamers.

Abe's Exodus was good too!

Now that I think about it, this game had a pretty large impact upon my early video gaming.  Dunno where it would rank in my favorite games, but pretty high.  It was so cool too me, the rich colors, the backgrounds, the atmosphere.  I dunno, it was just very fresh too me, a very cool idea.  Was it one of the best looking games on PS1? I assume so..................................
