Why change the character? Add a female option, done.

I also believe the next GTA should let you pick which crew you want to play the game as.

One of those crews should be a girls gang. And the game will play differently depending of which team you get

Or even better. Let you recruit your own team so that you can include at least one female with personality.

I'm not that big of a fan of Master Chief, but you might be right in there. I just wish MC wore something skintight to traverse sneaking sections like a badass. But I'm asking for too much.
