Ha ha, that was my first thought as well! Then I saw that they have an actual referee in one of the pictures, so I guess we'd both have been disqualified! :P

Personally, I never like these "live" events Nintendo does for some of their games.

This one for Splatoon seems to be one of the better ones, but in general they are only at one or two locations and I think they are big wastes of money as I question if half of the audiences at these things are more inclined to buy the actual game, compared to the number that would buy it if it had a memorable and entertaining tv campaign.
