..no. any gains ms makes last/this month will be obliterated in june upon batman.

Not this year, not at the rate of 13k per month. Maybe next year but in order to think about a possibility next year, we need to see how this holiday season turns out.

That isn't the main reason. That just shows that the consoles are closer together than last year when no major software is releasing, and there are no new price cuts. The main reason is the exclusive linups of both consoles this holiday and Microsoft's strategy of aggressive bundling, which gave them a 625k victory in the last two months of 2014.


Thats not even a reason at all, MS tiny win will end up being a massive defeat when the Batman bundle launches.  Also its more then possible MS will not do as well as last year as now Sony knows exactly how far they might go with bundles and can easily match it and now them selves know just how well a PS4 bundles can do.  

You over rate how meaningfull exclusives are.

Humm, considering PS4 is back on TOP with 50$ more+Batman bundle of next month, and burned the 13k gap in May... and considering is gonna to make another +100k gap in june...
