Its holiday exclusive lineup is almost nonexistant. Sure you got No mans Sky and something else, but you think that will compete with Halo 5, Tomb Raider, Forza 6, Gears Remaster (probably), and perhaps even more? It won't! It'll still sell better, but Uncharted 4 was suppose to be Sony's grace this holiday season. Now, its got just a few indie's and what not, and that just doesn't cut it in my book.

Why does it have to boring?  

With that reasoning you claim Uncharted, GT, TLOU, GOW (both), Halo, Forza and any other succesful IP Sony or MS ever produced was mediocre, you know that right? It is these games along with third party which makes the system appealing for other people than just hardcore gamers. If we look at the holidays so far MS got it together and Sony has  1 remake, 1 title which is near non excisting in the Western market and a horror flic which could go either way. That is not feeding your children that is giving them a small but very unknown good meal in the hope some will enjoy it.

Really bad analogy lichtenstein. It's more like parents making a variety of food and only one child appreciating it whilst the others whinge and complain there is no food and talking about their friends parents who are about to go treat their children to a Mc Donalds although they starve their children for the whole year.

The stupidity here is that people are behaving as if holiday period is the only time they play games, like the rest of the year they are banned from gaming. 

Then people are assuming there are no games being released just because we can't wait for E3, gamescom etc 

Then there are excuses that games do not count if they are remasters or ports from another system,  or if they are indy, or if they are not multi million sellers, or if they are not games they enjoy, or are considered niche, or are different.

It sounds more like excuses being made than valid arguements.

Well of course not, I am not talking about people who dont own any. Don't say  muliplats dont sell systems because Destiny showed you can.

A lot of unreasonable overreaction in here. As if people think Sony won't show anything new at E3, and that none of what will be shown will be ready for this holidays. They said they're not worried and that they have new stuff to reveal. Yet people are quick to jump on the hate wagon and call them arrogant, complacent, etc... 

Like some of you, unreasonable as you are, imagine that games are born at will from thin air. Give me a break.

"Sony spreads out their exclusives" So? The thing is, Sony don't have any exclusive dropping this year, that are in the same league as these 3 titles. I am so sick and tired of waiting and waiting. Sony's first party has literally been shit so far this gen, and the way I see it, if you don't agree, then you are even bigger fanboys than me, which is saying something.

Sure, they will show something, but nothing of significance. They will have nothing that can stand up to Halo, Tomb Raider and Forza. Nothing.
