I can't comment on some of your list that I haven't played, but these aren't RPGs.  Outside the hunting games they're just your standard adventure games.  In that case might as well add most of this what's included here in the quote, 3rd Birthday which I didn't quote because no idea, plus the Zelda series, Alundra, Blood Omen, Dragon Valor, Illusion of Gaia, Granstream  Saga, Evergace, and another two dozen titles that border the line of RPG even less than games like Demon's Souls which I only added because stats.  Musashi has Lumina, I'll give you that one but, I left it off because it's such a minor difference.

As someone who loves RPGs, I agree on this. There are far too many great RPGs on all consoles just to stick to only 1 side of the industry. That`s my 2 cents though.

Neither are.  The characters donm't level up.  Extra hp is gained similary to games like Zelda, Alundra, etc.  Only weapon's increase in stats by powering them up with gemstones, then upgrading them to the next form.  It's really no different than finding a more powerful weapon in another game of this type, except in this case, you've built the weapon up from something weaker.
