So with Pokemon Z not being a thing and instead the beginning of a new gen, that means this year's game will not have move tutors, and so my Gastrodon will continue to have to use Mud Bomb instead of Earth Power, but I don't want this to be!

You teach it through the Move Tutors in the Battle Mansion, or do you not have the game?

Don't got, that's why I'm asking those who have it. Gen 4 will probably be the only remake I ever buy.

I haven't played in the Battle Mansion much in ORAS (basically stopped after the Delta Episode) but I probably could get enough BP to help you out..
