Nope it's all or none, but the bundle isn't any cheaper than buying them all individually, it only exist for convenience.

This has always been the problem with fighting game DLC.  The stuff people want are fighters more than stages, but fighters cost far and away the most to make, especially if you want balance.  Which means that fighting game DLC focused on fighters always comes out disproportionately priced to the substance.  But I think $25 would have been a far better price.

Went on a 12 win streak near the end to get my Barbarian King title and grab the 24 Sea Snails :D

I'm persuming vs your own team is just a void match since one of you win and one looses, I really had some one sided matches dduring the splatfest and my actually winrate was probably 70%+
