My reasoning for it doing poorly is two fold:
1) if they didn't care enough to put in even basic controls to make sure it is fully compatible with the system's design, I have little faith it will be promoted, optimized in such ways as it should be, or in any way handled with care in the lead up to release, release, or follow up period.
2) it will be impossible to play in the most prominent mode of the device, looking to be the only game with that. Even Super Bomberman R - a fairly low budget game by freaking Konami - works on all permutations of the Switch.
In short, I fully anticipate sales failure and complete forgottenness here. Same with nearly any touch-screen-only game that shows up here. Not that many will, the ecosystem of a console has never sat well with most mobile phone devs (who make nearly all touch screen only games).
