What do you want to see from the next Direct?

I think most your points would covered by just "Details on the online service" but I would also like to see an indepth look at the UI and it's features along with what planned features they will be adding in to it after launch and throughout 2017 and maybe an Arms release date and some more details especially if it's a April release (which is what I think it is) other than that I'm kinda happy about the rest of the stuff we know about the Switch. I think any other games will be in a Direct after launch or saved for showing at E3 so I don't really expect anything else in that regard.

Yes, would be great to know these details, but I would like to see more upcoming games if there is another Direct soon

What do you want to see from the next Direct?

Those would all be nice details, but ideally we need to hear more about games.  We need to know how much substance there is to ARMS and how the traditional controls will work given the unique fighting mechanics.  A more concrete release window for Splatoon would be very nice as well as info on what is new.    And more third party select showings would be good to see (maybe lay the stupid Skyrim discussions to rest). 

On a personal level, it would be a great thing to see FAST RMX get a physical release but I'm not even bothering to consider holding my breath for that.
