Making funny looking Pokemon, something they've always done, means they're destroying their legacy? That doesn't make sense to me, but what I want to know is if this means you're not buying the game. If you're going as far as saying they should get fucked then jeez you must be really ticked, it'll be interesting to see if you stand by your decision unlike me with Fire Emblem Fates.

I'll have to play the demo first before I give my thoughts on Sun and Moon, but so far, there isn't anything super appealing that they have revealed to make me super excited..

That said, Pokemon is Pokemon and I still like the main franchise

Alolan forms specifically are new, but stupid/weird/funny Pokemon? Well I guess that's a matter of preference. To me Dugtrio was always stupid, but atleast now it's Alolan form is stupid funny. I'll definitely say it's a lazy change though, and I doubt Dugtrio fans are gonna be happy about it unless it's typing/stats are amaze.

I wouldn't recommend buying a game until you're sure you'll like it, since if you end up not liking it you just lost money that coulda gone towards an enjoyable game. Surely watching gameplay and getting impressions once the full game is out will give a good idea of the game and confirm/deconfirm any fears n doubts.

I think you should still be able to enjoy this game though, you admit you like some of the new stuff afterall. Atleast for singleplayer and with friends, you can simply not use any of the new features or Pokemon you don't like, no Alolan Dugtrio, no Z-Moves, etc. 

I've played one day of the Sun/Moon demo, and did anyone else experience a framerate drop when it was a 2v1 battle against the Totem?

I know that XY had framerate drop against swarms, but this is only 3 pokemon on the field. I'm not using the n3DS of course.. :/

The game is more demanding than X/Y so that's no surprise. Are you using 3D? That's where most framerate issues in 3DS games comes from I've found.
