The gap between current gen consoles and PC is widening, provided you have a high end rig.

With 14k keyboard and mouse of course.

Jokes aside I think EG are stretching it a bit to say you;d require an i7, most specs these days are more or less bloated and aren't 100% accurate, I've seen performances of games that claim you need an i7 but work totally fine on an i5 and their suggestion of an i3 leaves a lot to be desired, i3's shouldn't really be factored into a gaming PC build tbh.

Also I'm pretty sure 750-780-ti can handle it fine, anything above is more or less overkill and even then I wouldn't think of it being the fabled "super expensive high end rig", just in case anyone wants to bring that up again.

The gap is definitely starting to grow though and hopefully when AMD catches up with nvidia and Intel, competition will ensue and we'll be getting even more advancements and cheaper deals in shorter timespans.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Looks like DriveClub is still the best looking driving game.

I want to be impressed by this games visuals but I can't.

I recently bought a somewhat high-end (I think) PC rig, but dont have much to play. This looks like a great racing game so I think I'll give it a try. But my PS4 hasn't gotten much love lately :/

Yep.

Nope. Driveclub destroys this game in terms of visuals. Gran Turismo 7 will leave it light years behind LMAO!

Ummm. No. This generally looks better. Far more intricate. Nice bias though.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.

I think it looks better than Driveclub, and it´s actually working at 60fps (well more like 45 -60, but not bad)

Yeap... DriveClub looks better.

And about the 30 vs 60 fps debate... you need to wait if pCARs will reach solid 60fps because for now it didn't... and we don't know how much above 30fps DriveClub runs because it is locked.

agreed DC has the edge on graphics but i like PCs grid size almost as big as DC entire car list

Driveclub runs at 30fps and has far less cars in play at once. It's also an exclusive, while Project CARS is multiplat.

My point was, PS4 and Xbone are increasingly falling behind PC in multiplatform releases, which is only natural as PC tech advances and consoles remain at midrange 2013 levels.
