Never rated a game in my life and that isn't going to change anytime soon, i just don't see the point when i can read reviews and find all sorts of info about a game than just big ol stars or numbers.

Well, no, MK8 has 23134 ratings in Germany and not even 20x the sales.

another thing to keep in mind is

if you hate something you are more willing to share your impression with other people simply because you somehow want to take revenge (for lack of better word).
Alot of people never rate something when they are satisfied. I mean we buy stuff because we expect something so why rate it when it exactly is like one expected?

They should have the review built into each game and not on the eshop. It wouldn't take long to do and only needs to be done once.
