Forums - Nintendo - Zelda N64 is Work of Art

From Belgian artist Vadu Amka comes one of the most beautiful gaming case mods we've ever seen.

As discovered by Kotaku, the case you see below is based on iconic N64 RPG The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Overall, the console was made to look worn and "ancestral." It even has real-looking moss on it.

Zelda's ancestral gems are featured on the front, alongside a re-worked Nintendo 64 logo featuring typography similar to what you might see in the game.

In addition, Amka built a weathered-looking N64 controller, complete with the Triforce emblem on the front. It's all very impressive, but I think I'd rather keep this on a shelf than actually use it.

Check out some images of Amka's custom N64 in the gallery below. And be sure to visit his website to see even more of his impressive custom consoles. Amka created this console for a friend.

Nice looks like the Crash Bandicoot PS1, guess they're made by same people.

Zelda one looks better imo.

Every good thing comes from Belgium: the contraceptive pill, good beer, pralines, saxophone, antidepressants, the Mercator projection, .jpg filename extension, the world wide web (Robert Cailliau), roller skates and the internal combustion engine. And "french" fries.

You better start thanking us! David Wise without his saxophone? Hah! Jet Set Radio? Not without Belgium! Online gaming? You wish! Fat Americans? They'd be skinny without us and we wouldn't be able to make fun of them.

Don't take this too serious.

Actually the best rated beer has been Belgian for ages.

And the #1 rated beer on RateBeer according to experts is Westvleteren's 12 with a 4.499 out of five rating.

Brewed by the monks of Trappist Abbey of Saint Sixtus of Westvleteren in Belgium and sold weekly from the doors of the monastery, 12 has no label with a simple yellow cap.

The only ingredients are yeast, hops, malt, sugar, caramel, and water.

mixed beers could be very fine, but they are not pure beer.

and the belgian beer cant be that good, the people in belgium dont drink much beer.  pilsener is the most drunk kind of beer in the countrys where most beer is drunken...
