binary solo said: I really loved the original game. I can't decide whether I want a remake or if I want a whole new game. I think the original was good enough for it to warrant a more or less straight remake. I do hope, if its true, they go the route of Oddworld and don't make major changes. Just make those changes that the original game would have had if the tech was available. Will be a great E3 announcement if it is real. Is this going to be one of those Sony E3s where everything gets leaked beforehand? |
They did that already, it was for PSP. It was good yet bad at the same time :O. I still loved it though, just not as much as the original. If this is legit, I'll need a towel. Just in case, I'll be walking around with a towel in my pants.
OMG, i always wanted Medievil to get a reboot. I'll be over the moon if this turns out to be true but i'm not sure it is.
Hell yeah (: this is as real as a rumor gets and its inline with a previous statement about them wanting to bring back classic IP.
Seems legit

Yep, support one revival at a time, maybe whe get a lot of real gems overtime.

Oh please let this be true. This franchise deserves a revival.

His name is Sir Daniel Fortesque! Not Sir Edmund. Sir Edmund is Edmund Hillary, explorer. You must have Uncharted on the brain.
But anyway...
I knew it!
Bloodborne was simply a bait and switch to test the engine out for Medievil.
The initials of the main character are also SDF, which is the elite sony fan secret organization ie; the la-li-lu-le-lo
AND SDF was in the playstation all-stars game, which was a hint of franchises they were going to work on.
Medievil is also developed by the killzone devs, and we haven't heard they were working on anything in particular.
And at the end of psabr with sir dan, you get the message:
And while he hopes this will be the last time he is called back to duty... Deep in his... gallant heart, he knows this will not be his last adventure."
All the coincidences fit!
E3 announcement incoming, to launch on the same day as call of duty!
Megaton!
