Will PS4 sell more in UK or Japan?

I'm gonna to say UK... My prediction:

UK: 9,000,000
JP: 6,000,000

Interesting proposition. japan should be the clear winner since the PS3 did that easily. But with the dying console market in Japan and the rising popularity of the PS4 compared to PS3 in UK this could be a lot closer.

Still hoping for Japan though.

Actually PS4 in UK have sold more than in Japan, if you forgot this... And even by a huge margin.

PS3 sold 10,000,000 in Japan. We know that for PS4 will be VEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY hard break this numbers, manywhay, in UK PS4 is currently above the XB360 lifetime, and it have sold +9,000,000 in UK...

There is no competition?

Last gen there was Wii, this gen there is nothing big.

I can see PS4 being bigger than PS3 in Japan. PS4 is getting a better support there and developer like Capcom, Square Enix or Level-5 are all going to make exclusive games for PS4 in Japan cause there is no competition for PS4. In UK there is Xbox One which won't let the PS4 dominate the whole market. In Japan there is no Xbox One.

I thought "there is no competition" was "There is not competition between UK and Japan, PS4 will for sure sell more in JP".
