How do some of you still have so many Stars .

When clicking on this thread I thought "Noo I just wasted my Stars getting a digital game"... But then I saw this is a whopping 6000 Stars while I only had 2000 anyway so it's okay. Though I did spend 4000 last september...

I ended up having a lot of coins, mainly because I had never ever used club nintendo so I registered every game I owned from Wii to Wii U and 3DS.

Was well over 2000 coins which is a ton of stars it seems :D

Yeah would be like 8000-ish Stars. Which is pretty decent to say the least!

It's good if you find a stack of unused points for sure . Here however, they only remain valid for 3 years, so the oldest games we can still register are some 2012 games. Also, when registered, they expire after some time (I think one year, but I'm not sure), so we had to register and use them fairly regularly.

I got some cool stuff over the years though, and some that I really needed to save up for. First registered a game all the way back in 2004, I think it was Luigi's Mansion, and I hope the new rewards system is going to bring equally cool stuff for another decade.

Yeah for sure. I'm really hoping the new program is set up well! I didn't get to take much advantage of the program until this year like I said, but I'm fully up for being on board for the new one!
