The PS3 sold like 35M in Europe. The bolder prediction would be: can PS4 sell 2x Wii U global sales in Europe? Even then it's still a given. So maybe 3x? 
No way, WiiU will make it's comeback any day now. It is lurking in the tall grass anxious to make it's move...

I disagree. I think Splatoon will definitely appeal to the EU market since they obviously hate guns more than America, so shooting paint appeals to them much more than the Call of Duties and Battlefields, and it will outsell them for the next few years becoming a huge phenomenon.
It will definitely be close but I think the Wii U will edge the PS4 in Europe. 40m to 38m LTD.
You should take notes from RolStoppable. At least I got some laughs out of this.
Europe is a PlayStation dominated region. So I don't exactly understand what the question your trying to ask is.... :/
