Titanfall feels very different from CoD. The large environments, the way the characters traverse, and the robots that fall out the sky is nothing I experienced in CoD. Some similarities doesn't mean its another CoD.

Destiny isn't another Halo, The Last of Us isn't another Uncharted, and your arugment doesn't hold water.

exactly, and thats my point. Bloodborne isnt dark souls, its a new IP.

how can it not be a new IP when sony owns demons souls and from software owns darksouls? you are talking about your personal emotions, i am talking about the facts, which really have nothing to do with how people feel about the games.

people can be hyped all they want, but if they are being illogical chances are somebody is gonna tell them about it.

Don't start making assumptions and getting riled up.

I'm not saying that all the new IPs are bad in any way, I just think that Splatoon is the one that stand out the most to me.

And don't get off-topic, we're talking about what you're favourite new IP of your generation is, IT DOES NOT SAY IT HAS TO BE RELEASED, and by my understanding Splatoon is a new IP isn't it? Then I see no problem.
