Forums - Gaming - Witcher 3 season pass announced

As with Xenoblade's DLC, I'll wait until we see the DLC and what do they really bring before labeling them as good or bad DLC.

Please excuse my bad English.

So dare are you gonna go on about how this is bad, like you did in the xenoblade one?

It's funny how people said in that thread that TW3 is better because of free (useless) dlc.

Anyway, I don't mind dlc, as long as it's not on disk or day 1.

This is perfectly acceptable DLC in my mind, I have nothing against it (mainly because more content means awesomeness for me) . I just wanted his view because he was the most vocal against everyone in that thread.

So, is this going to be free or do we have to pay these blood-sucking companies our hard earned money to access content that should be in the game in the first place?

They are worse than EA. At least EA admits doing it. And I will still buy wit her at day one.

Indeed, at least EA has balls.

I won't be buying this nor Xenoblade Chronicles X then, I am a man of principles.

"I've Underestimated the Horse Power from Mario Kart 8, I'll Never Doubt the WiiU's Engine Again"

Technically they were not lying. 16 free DLCs and not-so-free "expansions". Expansions = DLCs in my mind, but, I might be wrong. It's only a matter of semantics.

I'll probably pick this up.

They never lied

If they allready announce it, it means they could have stripped both parts away to extra charge you.

My online systems: Mac M4 Apple sillicon+16 GB, PC Vega 56+Amd Ryzen+32GB DDR4, Xbox Series X, PS4 Pro, Switch Lite, Playstation Vita TV, PS3, PSP

My retro systems: Wii U, DSi, Xbox, PS2, Dreamcast, N64, PS1, Sega Saturn, Neo Geo AES, SNES, Evercade

They never lied. But they were keeping us in fog. And those 16 free DLC were nothing more than that fog.

So what you are saying is that we don't know the definition of video game DLC. How about next time they just don't make a big deal out of DLC. I love CDprojekt but they don't need to act like video game saviors.

Okay, so they call DLCs to costumes/weapons and that kind of downloadable content. And expansions are big adventures. If they did that distinction and they are going to do valuable expansions, I'm fine with this.
