Also the original Super Mario Bros is only 25 MBs boy that has no content and so boring that no one re-buys it.
Here is the problem Splatoon is getting great reviews and the game is going to take off. So the NintenNOers are going to try and find some way to tear it down.

Nobody is trying to tear it down from what ive seen, it's just interesting to see the the amount of insane hype that the game is receiving that i personally find undeserving from an online, multiplayer, E rated shooter without voice chat. Like i said on previous threads, i find Wonderful 101 waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more appealing than this game, and im too new here to know if the game was hyped or not, but the reality is that sadly the game flopped horribly.

So I guess you missed the quotes in this forum that did. My point is file size is way over rated and shouldn't matter. Video games are supposed to be fun, innovative, and re-playable. All those other things like file size come last.

You must be talking about a Virtual Console release that includes an emulator in its file size, because the original NES game was nowhere near 25MB as it wasn't even close to 25MBit. Its size was something like 1 or 2Mbit which is 0.125 to 0.25MB.

Yeah I was

And the Evil Within should cost 500$ at retail following that logic

I don't understand. Are you saying that the Evil Within has 25 times more content and therefore should cost more? I took his comment to mean that it's ridiculous to expect people to pay $60 for a Nick knockoff shooter with so few maps and modes, piss poor local multiplayer options, and no online multiplayer voice chat. For all the grief people give Call of Duty, at least it has a ton of modes, guns, and maps. We will just have to wait and see about the maps and modes though, so it probably isn't fair to say that yet. The single player could be fun too, so there is that.

nevermind

What does it being E rated have to do with it?

All shooters have to be M-rated, curl. They shouldn't be shooting ink but squid's blood. Not red ink, actual blood. That's some hardcore shit and then it would be deserving of the hype.

Official Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Thread

Few (no?) cutscenes, not much audio, not a whole lot of assets (clever reusing etc.), not extremely high asset quality, plus a great compression system, and not a lot of system storage combined ends up with giving you that.

It's not the size, it's how you use it.
