One of the largest open worlds period and arguably the best JRPG of last generation gets a B+ because the portable version looks too portable. Gimme a break.

That's how a lot of Vita games are graded. Because it's portable it gets a lower score even if it's really impressive just because of the console on the go stuff reviewers expect.

It's not even like it runs slower or lacks content. It's literally just blurrier.

In case you don't know this, in some coutries like the UK, "not bad" means "good" or even "great", not "ok" or "average/decent". So, if you ask someone, "how's it going?", they'll usually reply "not bad" and from what follows it's clear that they mean things are great. From what I've heard, in the States, for example, that's not the case, hence the initial confusion of Americans when they study in the UK. You can also look it up, if you want to make sure.
