Here's hoping that the Wii U not only does well now, but stays doing well.
Why is everybody wondering why the Wii U is catching up to the X1? It's obviously because it's cheaper.

The list price is $10 cheaper than MSRP right now. $10 wouldn't usually account for the console going from the seventies and eighties to the forties and thirties.
PS: don't bring up the other prices available as time and again we have seen taht the list price is what makes the real impact :P
Damn, Deus Ex MD ps4 at the top of the movers and shakers, yet the X1 version is nowhere to be found.

I said dead because considering Zelda delay and annoucement of their NX platform which should be launhing next year or early 2017 for sure. So nintendo is going to stop new big games and will just focus on giving some budget AA games until next year which is their plan mostly.
Wii U is currently at around 10 million and its doing at the pace of 150-200k per month(30-50k Japan, 80-100k US and 40-70k rest) which will be around 2 million at best case for 2 years so i expect 5 million before their next platform thats why i said its 15million. LTD i expect 15-18if they drop prices to 150-200$.
It wont sell constant 150k becasue it need games to keep the momentum but Wii u has only one game every 2-3 months thats worth to play. So demand will not be constant as far as i know and they dont have any big AAA game this holiday too so far.
So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.
PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.
Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.
Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.

Well, seem that XBO and Wii U is doing better than in March... that is strange. Any way, it is just the first week of April, i seriusly don't see any console in April doing better than in March withouth any important released...

There are not as many releases as last month, but MKX is an important release.
And I assume when you say that no console is going to do better than last month, you mean average weekly? Because all consoles are going to be down because April is a four week month in NPD.

April is always a big dropped for the console, not only because 4 week VS 5 week, usually the dropped is around ~50%...
I talking about Wii U and XBO, Mortal Combat semm bombed on XBO and not released on Wii U, so...
