I genuinely wouldn't even be mad. I mean, it's not a funny joke, but I wouldn't be mad.

What I find funny about the whole ND saga is that anything on the internet that is positive like a leak whether fake or legit is dismissed and met with caution but a few people just assume something negative like the Wii U being replaced next year by another console and hordes of people are more likely to eat into it.

I doubt it will be the case, but if that happens than i will buy 2 copys just because they deserve and declare Nintendo the ultimate troll. I mean, joking about their Holyday title can get some stockholders mad, but that's their problem. =P

It might not be runny but it would be genius marketing.  Look at the chaos the delay caused around the net.  If it were undelayed with a clip or teaser or screens, I think the internet would implode.  Zelda would be the talk of the town.  And as an added bonus, the most avid doomsayers who declared Wii U dead and Zelda an NX exclusive will all look stupid :P

I like how they went ahead and did it tomorrow, even though it's April Fool's. "This Direct however, is no joke!"

I think they'll have a couple juicy announcements, albeit with the caveat that we get breadcrumbs, and receive full answers at E3. But announcements are still cool.

Mario Kart DLC Pack 2, Mewtwo, N64 virtual console... there's plenty of things to talk about without blowing all their E3 secrets two months early.

Also, I hope the Treehouse stream is something other than Splatoon.  There's been a lot of Splatoon information recently.  We really need a Nintendo surprise, especially after the brutal Zelda delay.
