Souls/Bloodborne is somewhere between niche and not-niche in reality every game in the series has gone over or close to 2 million.... Bloodborne will outsell them all in the end i believe

That would actually be a huge WoW drop. PS4 sold about double what the Vita did last week in Japan. I'm more hoping PS4 will maintain.

Well I doubt this means its going to sell huge numbers. Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and Dark Souls 2 all sold between 350K - 540K in Japan.

I wouldn't call it niche, the series just doesn't have a mass appeal. I think Dark Souls impressed many and disappointed many. Which is part of the reason Dark Souls 2 saw a huge decline.

I think we're gonna see something similar Bloodborne. Its a new IP so many will likely try it, but I'm not sure if a sequel would do as well.

Target was completely sold out of them. They have it for$69AUS whilst JB and EB have it for $99. I got EB to price match Target's price :P

JB has it for 79, but yeah I'm really glad Big W and Target having been selling games for cheap these past few years. I do prefer JB though since usually new release titles are sealed. I'm not much of an early bird so all I get is a choice of fondled scratched covers at Target and EB.
