I would love for Baten Kaitos to be remastered. Both of them.

Half life 1 and 2 remaster for PC and consoles would be great. Resident Evil 2,3 and Zero are also begging for a remaster(although for 2 and 3 it would need to be a complete remake given they were built for PSone).
