Did you not come here to debate, if so then you should explain not just say someone else will do it. You either don't have much faith in your points or you have no wish to argue them, in which case you shouldn't have made the thread to begin with.
His analogy is fine, it doesn't fit 100% but it's close enough. Different people handle reprinting, you don't need the writers present. Different people handle remasters, you don't need designers, writers, voice actors, concept artists and the vast vast majority of code is already written.
They just need to maybe update the blerb, add some copyright and maybe write a little note in the back.
