I'm not one to talk about someone when they can't defend themself (which Kerotan can't currently because ban) but from a lot of the posts I saw from Kerotan he seemed to be really biased and showed it quite often.

not gonna lie, but slightly is an understatement. Almost everything I said positive about nintendo in the COMG thread was met with a sony based reply / downplaying response.

What did Flaming Weasel do anyway to be permabanned? Kerotan seemed like a poster that contributed sensibly to the forums.

I am really surprised if that indeed was one of his alts. That was definitely the better side of him.

I get the impression that his behavior as Kero was far from permaban-worthy. Considering he managed to maintain that attitude for so long, I'm actually surprised the mods didn't let him get away with his second chance.

I also want to know why he was permad and not given a second chance like others have been given. Sure he made alot of alts but if he could keep up this persona for so long, I'm sure he could have become a decent user.

For active/old users it mostly comes down to frequency. The more often you get banned (especially if it's for the same thing every time), the longer the bans get. Eventually, if the mods decide you aren't likely to change your ways, they'll give you a final warning and then a permaban.

Or you can just post a very angry rant filled with sexism, racism and insults towards various fanbases. That'll usually do the trick :p

Well perhaps if he contacts the mods before making a new account, and promises to behave like Kerotan and not like flamingweasel, then the mods might actually give him a genuine fresh start.

The stealth BS was annoying, one of the biggest problems with this site are users who know the rules and skate that fine line... Glad it's over though. Awesome job mods! 

I didn't appreciate the flame and cower act. I would much rather prefer an openly biased individual, not someone who is biased yet pretends otherwise.

Really grateful the mods had the skillz to take him down.
